24-Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Repair

When your air conditioner goes out or your furnace breaks down, you need emergency repairs and you don’t want to wait to get your system fixed. Air Services is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re just a phone call away.

Common Problems Requiring Emergency HVAC Services

Here are some top reasons that Air Services is called in for emergency heating and air conditioning repairs:

  • Improper Preventive Maintenance: If you’re not changing your filters as recommended or scheduling routine maintenance, you’re at risk for a system failure.
  • Inexperienced Service: If your system wasn’t installed or serviced by professional, certified technicians, it increases the chance that something will go wrong and require costly repairs.
  • Outdated Systems: Aging systems are understandably going to require repeated repair and emergency service calls.

We can help prevent the need for emergency repairs by installing efficient, reliable systems and handling routine maintenance. But when your furnace or air conditioning fails – for whatever reason – we will be there to get it back up and running fast.

Repair or replace?

A good rule of thumb when deciding to repair or replace your HVAC system is this: When the cost of repairs approaches 50 percent of the value of your system, you’re typically better off upgrading your system.

But should you do a complete system overhaul or just replace the air conditioner or furnace that has failed? In most cases, it’s going to be a better long-term investment if you replace the entire system at the same time. Plus, you’ll likely be eligible for better rebates.
